Business Development Manager

We’ll want you to…

Visit established and create new relationships with our targeted trade partners and referral sources, which include, but are not limited to, plumbers, HVAC companies, property managers, insurance agents and public adjusters. We establish these relationships by offering them a professional and certified trade partner to refer to our mutual clients to, returning work back to them from our customers, and having the security that we will always treat our mutual customers with the utmost respect and professionalism.

• Identify potential new customers and referral sources.
• Meet and exceed weekly minimum requirements.
• Create and maintain sales route records. Perform sales calls resulting in scheduled meetings with target referral prospects.
• Most days will be on the road driving routes to meet and greet trade partners.
• Gain commitment from customers, leading to referrals of those in need of restoration services.
• Update CRM after each visit.
• Attend weekly sales meetings.
• Maintain phone and in-person contact with existing customers.
• Maintain customer contact database.
• Make group presentations to prospect organizations. Consistent, effective involvement in trade, community and networking organizations and participate in networking activities and events.

Required skills…

• Extensive face-to-face customer experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities needed.
• Must have the ability to build rapport with clients in person, over the phone, via text, or email.
• Be highly competitive, positive, and results driven.
• Be coachable, trainable, and have a good, outgoing personality.
• Willingness to meet and greet new people.

Salary plus uncapped commission.
